It was a near disaster, so glad we were able to laugh it off and enjoy the evening anyway. While the &quot;busboy&quot; Andrew was fantastic, seating us quickly and bringing menus and water, the waitress Shelly didn&#39;t show herself for a ridiculously long time. We had to request a wine list, asked for water refills three times. Our entrees arrived *before* our soup &amp; salad and we had to remind Shelly to bring them. She was too busy (loudly) chatting up other patrons to bother with us. Our entrees were very good, generous portions, but by the time we got the soup &amp; salad we were too full to eat them, just packed the salad to go. This was 9 pm on a Friday night and the place was dead yet we got subpar service. I was there last week and it was a disaster went back this week just because of Michael T. He was by far the only good thing. The food is over priced and mediocre at best. Restaurant is beautiful but location is everything and it has it. The food does not warrant the price. Went to enjoy the music and were told we had to sit inside what sense did that make. This place needs to change their menu to suit the location and the prices. It should be a gold mine. Should be a great place for brunch or lunch for a nice evening out but I would not go back. Be wise check out some of our other local restaurants and see what good food is all about. Michael T was the only reason we stayed. Wise up or you will close up. Acoustics in the place are terrible . Very noisy.Did not like the DJ music. Luna Bella Ristorante. The food produced by their head Chef is enough to guarantee anytime I am in town I will be eating there, but the staff is outstanding. Our waiter Anthony was fantastic. The owner Jane sat and conversed with us at our table, and at the bar with us on many occasions. I was blown away by our experience. I stayed in Florida for 5 days, and I ate at Luna Bella 4 times.
