The area being cleared across from the golf course is being developed by Winston-James. You may know them from their Royal Palms community on Williamson in Port Orange. The plan calls for 1073 single family homes to be built in phases. Phase 1 will most likely have around 30 homes. The area is almost 700 acres of which 400 arces will be preserve area. As always, it is nice to see our community grow.
