Merry Christmas Lights

I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas on this wonderful Christmas Eve. I took my grandchildren out tonight to look at all the beautiful Christmas lights in our Mediterranean community. We started at the Town Center with the clock tower all lit up. There are several homes sharing the spirit of the holiday with their decorations. It would be nice in the future to have an award for the best decorated home. May you be blessed this holiday season, and remember that which is most important to us here on earth, our families.

Winston-James Development

The area being cleared across from the golf course is being developed by Winston-James. You may know them from their Royal Palms community on Williamson in Port Orange. The plan calls for 1073 single family homes to be built in phases. Phase 1 will most likely have around 30 homes. The area is almost 700 acres of which 400 arces will be preserve area. As always, it is nice to see our community grow.

A Great Place to Live

I was asked this week by a client what I thought of Venetian Bay. It was nice to be able to say that Venetian Bay is a great community, it is one of the only communities in the area the is still building and growing. It's beauty speaks for it's self, the streets are lined with flowers and palm trees. The Town Center has the clock tower, the wonderful fountains, the paver walkways, and of course the colorful town center building. The golf course is the finest in the area, and the Pool and Beach Club is simply amazing. I believe in this community, I believe it will continue to prosper, so much so that I purchased a condo in the Town Center and live here myself.

Venetian Bay is Still Building

Venetian Bay is one of the only communities building new homes in the Daytona Beach area. Most other communities have an excess of homes on the market. Venetian Bay does have homes available on the resale market; however the new home construction is strong and growing. You can find single family homes by Paytas Homes and The Johnson Group, as well as town homes by Tiffany under construction. Across from the golf course, a large parcel of land is being cleared, I will post information as it becomes available.

The Venetian Bay Town and Country Club community is the premiere neighborhood in the Greater Daytona Beach area.
